is seeking an Inventory Planning Control 2, in Redondo Beach, CA.
Job Description:
o Seeking an Inventory Planning Controller to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals.
o This position will be located in Redondo Beach, CA.
In this role, the selected candidate will:
o Manage the inventory of items/tools for our facilities warehouse.
o Coordinate orders receiving and items deliveries.
o Reconciling stock counts into CMMS and provide periodic reports.
o Monitoring and maintain current inventory level accuracy.
o Record all inventory warehouse transaction in CMMS o Perform inventory audits and items physical count on a regular basis, and reconciles actual stock count in CMMS o Developing and implementing inventory control systems and practices.
o Inspects shipments for accuracy and completeness.
o Receives, unpacks, and delivers goods; re-stocks items as necessary; label received items and stock on appropriate shelves.
o Coordinating the logistics of purchase orders, stock transfers, deliveries, tagging, and processing for all stock items.
o Processes and documents return as required following established procedures.
o Performs routine clerical duties, including CMMS data entry, answering telephones, and assisting customers.
o Generating items purchase and pricing reports.
o Performing regular stock checks for items below minimum level and process restocking orders accordingly.
o Maintaining and updating records of purchase orders and inventory records in CMMS.
o Maintain high standard of cleanliness and organization in warehouse.
o To ensure success as an inventory controller, you should be highly organized and have detailed knowledge of supplies, equipment and tools and possess excellent logistical abilities.
Position Requirements:
o High school diploma or GED.
o Bachelor's degree in logistics, business administration, or similar preferred.
o A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail, warehousing, logistics, or similar.
o Excellent knowledge of inventory management software.
o Exceptional understanding of inventory management practices such as ABC analysis and cycle counting.
o Knowledge of supplies and equipment ordering and inventory control.
o Ability to reconcile stock counts to report data.
o Database management skills.
o Clerical, word processing, and/or office skills.
o Ability to receive, stock and deliver goods o Must have a valid driver's license.
o Forklift experience is preferred.
o Have basic computer skills o Good analytical and logistical thinking abilities.
o Strong written and verbal communication skills.
o Exceptional collaboration and customer service abilities.
o Possess valid driver's license for State of California.
o Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Qualifications:
Maximo CMMS knowledge Knowledge of MRO supplies, tools and material Working Conditions and Physical Effort o Considerable physical activity.
May require handling of objects that can weigh up to 50 lbs.
o Work is normally performed in a typical warehouse work environment.
