- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues related to building systems and equipment - Respond to maintenance requests from tenants or employees in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols Requirements - Proven experience in building maintenance or a related field - Familiarity with facilities maintenance procedures and practices - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to coordinate the work of other maintenance staff - Strong leadership abilities and the ability to work independently or as part of a team - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, in English - Customer service-oriented mindset -Honesty and work ethic are the most important traits for this job.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
