From its modest beginnings featuring only 2 pools, the organization has evolved into a South Bay cornerstone, now encompassing 14 indoor pools strategically positioned across two locations while employing over 120 workers.

Position Summary The Human Resources Manager, a part-time position reporting to the owners, will play a pivotal role as a resource, confidant, and mentor to the tenured management team.
With a primary focus on ensuring consistency in management and policy adherence across locations, the SHRG will be a guiding force in equipping managers with enhanced training abilities and providing support on terminations and disciplinary matters.
In this influential position, the SHRG will serve as a trusted advisor to the experienced management personnel, fostering a culture of open communication and collaboration.
The SHRG will bring their wealth of HR expertise to establish and develop an HR infrastructure and provide guidance on navigating complex HR issues, offering solutions that align with the organization's values and legal requirements.
Requirements 8
years of progressive Human Resources experience HR Certification Compensation The base pay for this part-time position is between $40 and $52 per hour with an expected 20 hours worked per week.
Work Location This position's office will be located at the Redondo Beach location, however, the employee will be expected to split their time between both Torrance and Redondo Beach locations.
Work hours and days are extremely flexible.
