Our company uses Canva, FloDesk, Wordpress, Google Sheets/Docs, Outlook, Windows, Microsoft Office.
Must have a strong sense of style and great communication skills.
List of responsibilities to include but not limited to:
Create, coordinate and send marketing emails from multiple business lines Maintain and update company websites with timely information Liaison with multiple outside marketing vendors and monitor performance Review bi-weekly social media calendars, coordinate edits and additions with Social Media Team (All final approvals by company President) Share press hits with Social Media Team for addition to social media pages Create and send monthly staff newsletters Create monthly marketing reports, update daily Ensure analytics are reporting correctly Schedule monthly marketing meetings with company President to review collected data, upcoming tasks/projects Complete assigned sections in quarterly venue reports Assist with collection of event assets/photo albums Collect/take additional images and/or videos for use on social media sites, or in print and digital media (Office life, Tastings, Event behind-the-scenes, Anything else that draws inspiration) Assist with creation and ordering of logoed items (Employee apparel, Vendor gifts, Client gifts) Assist with planning of Marketing events Assist PR team with collection of assets, information Help company President by reminding her of marketing tasks that require her attention, have upcoming due dates, or of approvals that need to be made Help to edit booklets and flyers:
(Preferred Venue book, Wedding Guides, Catering Book, Venue tour packet items, Etc.
) Ensure all advertising information is up-to-date with sites and publications Handle edits and creation of marketing items such as business cards for all team members Made by Meg is not just a catering company, but a practice in hospitality.
